Right to return

The right to return allows the return of the purchased products within 14 days from receiving the order, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

It is not possible to exercise the right to return if the product was purchased with VAT identification number. The right to return shall not be exercised for purchases made by dealers and companies.

It is necessary send an email to customercare@lescarpediangelo.com to notify the right to withdrawal – cancellation of the order – without giving any reason or if the product is damaged or other than the ordered one. In an instance where the product is damaged or different from the one ordered, in order to facilitate the return procedure, it is required to send an email with the order reference number and attach a photograph of the product to be returned.

Once the request has been made, it will be submitted for the approval of customer service. Once the request has been approved, the customer shall be notified with informations about the pickup day.

If the purchaser decides to use the delivery service assigned by La Manuelita Srl to return any items, the cost of such service will be alway free for returns made in Italy, directly deducted from the amount paid by the customer during purchase for returns made in Europe and Rest of World.

If the purchaser decides to uses a different delivery service, the return costs and any liability for loss, theft, damage, or delays in delivery time will be deemed the customer’s responsibility.

All the products shall be returned inside their original packaging. In the event of withdrawal, the products shall be intact. Failure to do so shall result in the annulment of the right to return. The reimbursement of the order shall be performed within 14 days from receiving the products.

Terms of the right to return

The footwear shall be returned in the same way as it was delivered: it shall not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and shall not have any signs of wear.

The footwear shall be returned with the original packaging.

The footwear shall be returned within 14 days from the date when the decision of terminating the contract was notified.

Restrictions on the right to return

It is not possible to replace the product by choosing another one. If the customer wishes to purchase a product other than that previously ordered, a new order shall be made.

The right to reimbursement cannot be exercised if the methods and terms described above have not been complied with. For further cases not specifically mentioned, the European regulation on e-commerce applies.
